Ray & Peggy Pierce
After many years of working under major real estate brands, Peggy and I decided to take all of the good things that we learned from those brands and the educational seminars we attended and bring them together under our brand. Words like integrity, hard work, honoring the client, and elevated personal service came up during our development. Creating an office culture that fosters respect and trust was paramount.
We wanted to have a lighthearted office of people who could enjoy each other and their time in the office. We started Pierce Real Estate on 12/12/2012 and in our first year we captured the market for three months as we were the fastest growing real estate company in San Benito County.
We have a good time and try to make sure clients are comfortable. For some of them this is a really scary time — this is the largest financial transaction they may ever make.
The Pierce Real Estate brand has become well-known, but more importantly, it is a brand that can be trusted. We hope if you decide to buy a home you will choose Pierce Real Estate because of our relationship with you and the trust we engender. We hope that if you decide to sell your home you will choose Pierce Real Estate because of our marketing skills, and because we come from a marketing background. Moreover, we are proactive in marketing and have a marketing program that’s hard to beat for an office our size.

I’m an explorer, I love hiking, Glass Art, cooking, traveling, music, and spending time with family and friends. Most important I love my job.
I have been an entrepreneur in San Benito Co. For over 28 years in lending. Co/owner of Pacific Finance Company. Office manager, loan processor and prepairing documents for investor approval. Working close with underwriters, and other aspects of lending. I have worked in property management for over 30 years.
My finance back ground gives me a unigue and practical approach to buying and selling Real Estate. Being a Realtor seemed to be a perfect transition because Real Estate has been a major part of my life.
A real estate transaction is possibly the largest financial transaction that an individual or family will make in their lifetime. I pride myself in helping homebuyers and Sellers through the process of making their dreams come true with ease. I’m driven by your total satisfaction and strive to go above and beyond your expectation. Buying and selling a home can be enjoyable.
I will provide you with the kind of quality service that will exceed your expectation.
I’m committed to delivering outstanding, personalized service to my clients.

I have had my Real Estate License since 1996! I have always had a passion for helping people achieve the American Dream of home ownership! There is no better feeling than handing a 1st Time Home Buyer the keys to their new home! I worked with Coldwell Banker from 1996-2009 and helped many buyers and sellers in Santa Cruz, Hollister, Salinas, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, San Jose, Fremont and Hayward achieve home ownership! I pride myself on making sure that the biggest purchase of your life is one that is attainable and manageable! I have always assisted my clients in real estate transactions that put them in a comfortable financial situation! In 2008 when the real estate market bubble burst and thousands lost their American Dream and were put in financial distress, I sadly had to walk away from what I loved doing! In my heart, I felt that this should have never happened and it crushed my soul when it did! I went on to open and successfully run my own Spinning and Fitness Studio, Live to Cycle, in Hollister, CA from 2010-2020. When Covid 19 happened in March 2020- I quickly moved my bikes into my clients homes and trained them and my personal training clients virtually. I have a passion for helping people, but this time it was to stay healthy and fit. Even when I wasn’t actively doing real estate, I continued to renew my real estate license every 4 years with the hopes of going back to doing what I feel like I was born to do- being a Realtor. The time came in June of 2021 and I couldn’t be more excited to be actively working again at Pierce Real Estate ! It feels so good to be helping people make their real estate dreams a reality. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful experience as there are a lot of moving parts in a real estate transaction! You can rest assured that I will make this process as easy and seamless as possible so you can focus on how to decorate and furnish your new home! Whether you are a first time buyer, a seller or a seasoned buyer, I am ready and willing to help you! When you work with me, you can be assured that I will always put your best interests first and do everything in power to make sure that you have a smooth and successful real estate experience with me!
Thank you in advance for taking the time to read my brief biography.
I believe home ownership is a primary goal of most Americans. Not all countries permit home ownership like we do in America. In 1980 I obtained my California Real Estate Broker license. I have worked for a few real estate companies and for myself throughout the years.
Buying and selling a home has changed a lot since I bought my first home in the early 1970s. The goal is the same, but the process has changed. The purchase of my first home required only a handshake
and my signature on only two pages which included the Purchase Agreement and the Deposit Receipt accompanied by the Escrow Instructions. Today it takes a team of lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, painters, contractors, etc. In addition, there can be many forms and disclosures required to successfully purchase a home.
During our marriage of 44 years my wife and I have bought and sold several homes and investment properties. The tax benefits and increased equity in our real estate investments have significantly
increased our retirement benefits.
My goal today is to help others invest in real estate so they can experience the benefits of home ownership.
I believe Open Houses sell better. Yes, I know most houses for sale on the internet have dozens of pictures However, I believe there is nothing like physically visiting a prospective home to get a feel of what it may be like to live in it.
Contact me and I will let you know when and where my next open home will be.
