After many years of working under major real estate brands, Peggy and I decided to take all of the good things that we learned from those brands and the educational seminars we attended and bring them together under our brand. Words like integrity, hard work, honoring the client, and elevated personal service came up during our development. Creating an office culture that fosters respect and trust was paramount.

We wanted to have a lighthearted office of people who could enjoy each other and their time in the office. We started Pierce Real Estate on 12/12/2012 and in our first year we captured the market for three months as we were the fastest growing real estate company in San Benito County.

We have a good time and try to make sure clients are comfortable. For some of them this is a really scary time — this is the largest financial transaction they may ever make.

I worked with Coldwell Banker from 1996-2009 and helped many buyers and sellers in Santa Cruz, Hollister, Salinas, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, San Jose, Fremont and Hayward achieve home ownership! I pride myself on making sure that the biggest purchase of your life is one that is attainable and manageable! I have always assisted my clients in real estate transactions that put them in a comfortable financial situation! In 2008 when the real estate market bubble burst and thousands lost their American Dream and were put in financial distress, I sadly had to walk away from what I loved doing! In my heart, I felt that this should have never happened and it crushed my soul when it did! I went on to open and successfully run my own Spinning and Fitness Studio, Live to Cycle, in Hollister, CA from 2010-2020. When Covid 19 happened in March 2020- I quickly moved my bikes into my clients homes and trained them and my personal training clients virtually. I have a passion for helping people, but this time it was to stay healthy and fit. Even when I wasn’t actively doing real estate, I continued to renew my real estate license every 4 years with the hopes of going back to doing what I feel like I was born to do- being a Realtor. The time came in June of 2021 and I couldn’t be more excited to be actively working again at Pierce Real Estate ! It feels so good to be helping people make their real estate dreams a reality.
